Join Annie for a sensory gong treat as we journey towards the long night to the point of stillness. This is a time of wisdom, inner reflection, contemplation and reverence. All the medicine of the gong to support cathartic release and move stagnation out of the body.

Our ceremony will include energy work and cleansing rituals, kundalini meditation, prayer and a full sound bath gong, singing bowls, tuning forks, shakers, chimes, mantra, voice, flute and more).

Requirements
1. Please bring a journal and a pen/pencil to write with.
2. If you would like to lie down, please bring a mat and/ or blanket. We will have bolsters and chairs if needed but have limited mats.
3. Please arrive early.
4. Concert starts promptly at 2 PM and late admittance will not be accepted in respect of offering and to avoid disruption.
