Refund policy

IN STORE PICK UP:

Online orders that have been by pickup in store cannot be returned to align with our in store policy of no exchanges or refunds on crystals and crystal jewellery due to the energetic nature of our business.We take great pride in ensuring the energetic safety and quality of our products.

SHIPPING POLICY:

All Canada-bound packages are shipped through Canada Post and include full tracking and insurance. At this time, we are unable to offer signature delivery.

Packages to all other international destinations are shipped through the United States Postal Service's First-Class Package International Service with tracking, insurance, and signature (when available). Please note that not all destinations are capable of having signature delivery and the maximum order size permitted through USPS is $800USD. We are happy to try and accommodate larger order sizes, but this will require special shipping arrangements, so please contact us for a quote. At this time, USPS First-Class Package International Service requires approximately 9-21 days to complete delivery. NOTE: Skulls cannot be shipped to any address outside of Canada.

We will gladly issue a credit or refund on items returned to us within 7 business days with their original tags and in original condition. All refunds will be for the value of the product only minus a 10% restocking and energetic clearing fee. Shipping costs will not be refunded. After 7 days no merchandise may be refunded. We will not be able to receive refunds from items abroad if customs charges are presented. 

Candles, herbs and other ceremonial ritual tools are nonrefundable to ensure their potency and efficacy in their spell work. Each candle is timed by specific moon rites in ceremony. We enforce this policy to avoid energetic contamination, altered resonance, and uphold their integrity and potential power.

Custom orders on Jewellery are nonrefundable.

Please note that crystals and minerals are formed naturally and their size and shape varies. Please allow some variance of from the picture and understand that no two stones are ever a like. Many stones have naturally incurring inclusions and cracks that are natural to their form. We do our best to ensure that all of our stones have been energetically cleared and are packaged with care and love.
