Reiki Level 1 Class + Attunement Dec 7th

The path and practice of Reiki is a practice of awareness, and a moment of reflection of what’s here now. It is the practice of filling yourself with pure love, harmony and healing and transmitting it in its purest form.

The classes are divided into levels, the first being Shodan, level one, where the first attunement is given. The attunement being the gateway to resonating with the vibration of reiki. This attunement to the vibration of Reiki will stay with you for life and no hard training is required to start healing. In Level 1, we focus on self purification techniques and develop a meditation practice to resonate with Reiki Ho. You will learn the 12 basic hand techniques and self purification exercises to strengthen the resonance with Reiki and ultimately the core of your being.

**A Certificate is awarded for those that attend a minimum of 3 reiki circles and fulfill the necessary requirements of the Reiki Shihan (21 days of meditation). The Reiki Shihan can refuse certification if they feel the student needs more practice time. Reiki Circles occur bimonthly usually on the weekend. More info can be found here.

The Gendai Reiki Program consists of four levels.
The Level 1 class is taught by 1-2 Shihans, Gregmar or Jennifer. Sometimes there will be Gokukaiden students assisting.

A Level 1 Official Gendai Reiki manual is part of the course fee. It includes a Introductory Manual and a Shoden Level 1. Lost manuals are subject to a $22 fee per manual to be replaced. We require a manual handling contract to be signed.

Standard Delivery: Rates apply at checkout depending on carrier. We use Canada Post or UPS for our shipping needs. Tracking will be provided. Rates differ based on weight and location.

Good Foot Delivery Service: Available for local Toronto addresses. We partner with Good Foot Delivery Service, a not for profit company that employs neurodivergent individuals. They will deliver your parcel straight to your door as long as you are accessible by transit in the Toronto area.

Domestic: Items returned in their unopened packages with original tags attached will be refunded if received within 7 business days. Shipping returns are at the expense of the customer. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Product that has been opened or tags removed will not be refunded.

International Refunds: For international returns, we accept returns if received within 7 business days. Please ensure you have paid the customs fees in advance when returning your package. We will not accept a package that has customs
