Join Annie for a special meditative journey into the Three Worlds (Under world, Middle World & Upper World). The session will start with a Simple Ritual to unite the three parts of the selves followed by three different meditative journeys using Axis Mundi (The World Tree).

Each journey will be accompanied by a corresponding instrument of Sound (Drums, Gongs, Wind Chimes, Singing Bowls) to help us go deeper into each World. We will have small window of time after each journey for journaling.

Bring pen & paper & an offering for the Spirts of the Three Worlds.

This event is situated on the second floor in the Temple Room of The Rock Store (stairs)
***Cushions and bolsters are available for seated positions however if you would like to lie down in this event, please bring a yoga mat or a blanket as these are limited.
Only bottled water is permitted into the Temple Room
Please arrive early. Late comers will not be permitted after a few mins.
