Every Gendai student is required to have the Introduction manual prior to obtaining any manual. It goes over the history of the Gendai Reiki Lineage and Usui Sensei.

Please note, we will send you a Manual's Handling Contract to sign before the selected manual is provided.

These manuals are available for GENDAI REIKI STUDENTS ONLY and proof of level and lineage will be required if you are not a student of The Rock Store. We are the official Canadian Distributer of the Gendai Reiki Manuals and therefore follow the outlined guidelines of the Gendai Reiki Association.

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU ARE TAKING A CLASS, YOUR MANUALS ARE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE CLASS. YOU DO NOT NEED TO PURCHASE THESE.

Each manual has a serial number attached to it.

Standard Delivery: Rates apply at checkout depending on carrier. We use Canada Post or UPS for our shipping needs. Tracking will be provided. Rates differ based on weight and location.

Good Foot Delivery Service: Available for local Toronto addresses. We partner with Good Foot Delivery Service, a not for profit company that employs neurodivergent individuals. They will deliver your parcel straight to your door as long as you are accessible by transit in the Toronto area.

Domestic: Items returned in their unopened packages with original tags attached will be refunded if received within 7 business days. Shipping returns are at the expense of the customer. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Product that has been opened or tags removed will not be refunded.

International Refunds: For international returns, we accept returns if received within 7 business days. Please ensure you have paid the customs fees in advance when returning your package. We will not accept a package that has customs
fees. Shipping your order back is at your expense. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Product that has been opened or tags removed will not be refunded.
