New moon Gong Bath and Intention Ceremony Jan 18th

Going Annie for the first new moon of 2026 with a special gong bath to start the year. 

Get cozy with us on the new moon in Capricorn and join in the cathartic vibratory tones that aim to move stagnation and make you feel clear and ready for the new energies of. the year. 

Allow the strong vibrations of Gong medicine to fill your body in this 90 min ceremony that has the intention to facilitate deep healing while celebrating the time of stillness, reverence and connection. 

Our ceremony will include energy work and cleansing rituals, kundalini meditation, prayer and a full sound bath (gong, singing bowls,  tuning forks, shakers, chimes, mantra, voice, flute and more). 

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Feel free to bring a  journal and a pen/pencil to write with.
2. If you would like to lie down, please bring a mat and a blanket. We will have bolsters and chairs if needed but have limited yoga mats or blankets. 
3. Please arrive early. Concert starts promptly and late admittance will not be accepted. 
4. Signed Waiver - Will be sent through email or can be signed prior to attendance.

Other Information

  • This concert is situated on the second floor in the Temple Room of The Rock Store at 154 Harbord Street (stairs)
  • ***Cushions and bolsters are available for seated positions however if you would like to lie down in this event, please bring a yoga mat or a blanket. 
  • Only bottled water is permitted into the Temple Room
  • Please arrive early. Late comers will not be permitted after a few mins.
