Join Annie Keshishian for a Winter Solstice sound gong concert at The Rock Store in our second floor temple space.
Celebrate with us the culmination point of the long night and the wisdom that is held in this season of winter. Allow the strong vibrations of Gong medicine to fill your body in this 90 min ceremony that has the intention to facilitate deep healing while celebrating the winter solstice; the time of stillness, reverence and connection.
Our ceremony will include energy work and cleansing rituals, kundalini meditation, prayer and a full sound bath (gong, singing bowls, tuning forks, shakers, chimes, mantra, voice, flute and more).
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Please bring a small amount of water, a journal and a pen/pencil to write with.
2. If you would like to lie down, please bring a mat and a blanket. We will have bolsters and chairs if needed but have limited yoga mats or blankets.
3. Please arrive early. Concert starts promptly at 2 PM and late admittance will not be accepted.
4. Signed Waiver - Will be sent through email.

Cost: $55 + HST early bird until December 10th, 2023, after $60 + HST(see POLICY at bottom of page)
OTHER INFORMATION:
- This concert is situated on the second floor in the Temple Room of The Rock Store (stairs)
- ***Cushions and bolsters are available for seated positions however if you would like to lie down in this event, please bring a yoga mat or a blanket.
- Only bottled water is permitted into the Temple Room
- Please arrive early. Late comers will not be permitted after a few mins.
- Covid-19 Policies - We will not be requiring masks for this events with the recent news. It is optional whether you would like to wear masks. Due to space constraints, we will be operating this event at a 60% capacity and will be enforcing a strict NO REFUNDS policy.
