Join Annie for a sensory gong treat as the balance between day and night are equal. Allow the inward journey of the equinox to be supported by the magic of the gong in cathartic release and comfort. 

Our ceremony will include energy work and cleansing rituals, kundalini meditation, prayer and a full sound bath gong, singing bowls, tuning forks, shakers, chimes, mantra, voice, flute and more). 

Requirements
1. Please bring a journal and a pen/pencil to write with.
2. If you would like to lie down, please bring a mat and/ or blanket. We will have bolsters and chairs if needed but have limited mats.
3. Please arrive early.
4. Concert starts promptly at 2 PM and late admittance will not be accepted in respect of offering and to avoid disruption.

OTHER INFORMATION:

  • This concert is situated on the second floor in the Temple Room of The Rock Store (stairs)
  • ***Cushions and bolsters are available for seated positions however if you would like to lie down in this event, please bring a yoga mat or a blanket as these are limited. 
  • Only bottled water is permitted into the Temple Room
  • Please arrive early. Late comers will not be permitted after a few mins.

Concert Policy: Concert Tickets are nonrefundable for any reason. 
Although we understand life situations and emergencies do arise that can inhibit attendance, please understand we allocate resources to make these services available to the community and have therefore chosen policies to reflect our investments and efforts to make these services available.
