  Perimenopause is not simply the winding down of our bleeding years — it is a profound initiation, into deeper self-knowing, embodied wisdom, and personal power. It invites us to shed old identities and embrace who we are becoming.

  This is the beginning of rewriting what it means to be a woman at this time of our lives.

  This ceremonial gathering is an invitation to pause, reflect, and honour this life transition.

  Together, in sacred space and sisterhood, we will: 
  - Honour personal and collective transitions 
  - Engage in grief rituals and practices of letting go
  - Set boundaries that support our evolving needs
  - Root into the body to access our inner wisdom and power
  - Cleanse and reset our energetic and emotional landscapes
  - Explore and clarify what we truly desire as we ready to enter the next chapter of our lives
  

  Through collective altar creation, ritual, movement, expressive arts, and shared reflection, we will witness and celebrate one another in this transformation.

  Cost: $69 before June 1st $75 after

  MEET LIZ: Liz has been supporting women in their path of self-love for the last 14 years, through the practices of holistic healing, mindfulness, yoga, dance movement therapy and counselling.
