  In this interactive mini retreat experience, Carina will lead a guided heart meditation, embodiment practices, and energetic attunements, weaving the healing vibrations of the cello throughout the experience to integrate and unwind the revelations of the practices.

  A Cello Portal is a space to let go of try and push as you surrender to sweet allowance. Like a flower opening to the sun, our energy thrives in the nourishment and joy of opening ourselves to the warmth and healing vibrations of love, calm, and peace.

  You will leave this experience knowing and feeling more of yourself, more peaceful in your nervous system, and more grounded in your desires and what you wish to release for this Scorpio Full Moon Eclipse.
